FAQ

How do I update my billing information (e.g., credit card details)?

You can update your payment method from the Settings page. Navigate to SettingsBillingManage Billing. You’ll be redirected to our customer portal on Stripe, where you can manage your billing information.

Where can I find my billing history and invoices?

All past invoices and billing history are accessible in our custom portal when you navigate to SettingsBillingManage Billing. You can view, download, or print invoices for your records.

How am I charged if I upgrade my subscription mid-cycle?

If you upgrade your subscription before your current billing cycle ends, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the cycle. This ensures you only pay for the days you use the upgraded plan. Navigate to SettingsBillingManage Billing.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you will no longer have access to the plan benefits until payment is successfully processed. You’ll automatically return to the Free plan, which includes 5 credits per day (up to 30 credits per month). If you are on a Teams plan, there is no Free plan.

Is there an annual billing option?

Currently, we only offer monthly credit plans.

Do you offer refunds or a money-back guarantee?

Our standard policy is not to offer refunds for partial months or unused features. However, if you experience technical issues or other special circumstances, please contact our support team for assistance via the built-in chat option.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Go to SettingsBillingManage Billing. When you cancel, your plan and all its features and credits will continue working until the end of your billing cycle.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my bill or need further assistance?

You can reach out to our support team via the built-in chat option. Our billing specialists will try to answer any questions and help resolve issues quickly.

Are there any additional fees besides the credit cost?

There are no hidden fees.

How do I get a copy of my receipt or invoice for accounting purposes?

You can download PDF copies of your receipts/invoices in the SettingsBillingManage Billing. Each invoice includes details of the charges, date of payment, and payment method used.
