How can I control editing permissions

Click on the Cog Wheel icon on the top right corner of the editor to open story settings.

Click "Editing Permissions"

Select "Lock all edits" to Disable all editing, including content and design

Select "Lock design edits" for Design edits that are locked but all content remains editable.

Once the setting has been selected for the editing permissions, select "Apply"

Story authors and account admins will continue to have full editing access despite the editing permissions.
