Select the section that you want to make into a Sticky Section

Toggle On the option "Sticky" in the contextual panel for section

If a section is towards the top of the story, you can select the position top from the dropdown.

Or, if the section at the bottom of the story, you can select the position bottom from the dropdown to make it sticky at the bottom of the page

Heads Up! You can only have one sticky section enabled in the story.
