In Related Media settings turn on the setting for Product listing Pages.

Choose between the layout options - Inline or Slider

This setting applies to all PLPs across the account. For more granular control over media posts, you can still incorporate Media in PLP for each specific PLP within each Nav. See instruction here on how to do that. When media is added manually to a PLP, it will override any other settings.
