If you are are Maker Pages customer, login to your Maker account

Click on your avatar in the top right corner of Stories Manager.

Click "Edit Settings"

Click "Smart Nav"

You will see the Welcome Screen for Nav and click on "Create New" to begin creating a new Nav.
