# Weekly insights

Five insights distilled from each week's conversations.

At the end of every week, GreatStore distils the week's conversations into **five insights**: a compressed digest of what shoppers asked for, what worked, and where they got stuck. The admin home surfaces the running list; **View all insights** opens the full history.

## How to use them

Each insight comes with a suggestion you can act on with GreatStore itself, without touching your website or catalogue:

| Insight shape                               | Suggested fix                                                                                                    |
| ------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Repeated questions about a policy or detail | Add a [knowledge source](/maker-greatstore/knowledge/adding-sources.md) that answers it                          |
| Shoppers asking for something it can't do   | Add a [connector](/maker-greatstore/connectors/connectors.md), such as order tracking or bookings                |
| Shoppers working through the same decision  | Build a dedicated [app](/maker-greatstore/apps/building-an-app.md), such as a size finder or quiz                |
| A flow or theme shoppers respond well to    | Add a [system prompt](/maker-greatstore/configure/agent.md#system-prompt) line that steers more shoppers into it |
