# Show catalog

Renders a grid of products the shopper can browse without leaving the conversation.

**State on the demo store:** `LIVE`.

## When it appears

When a shopper asks to see what is available in a category, or the assistant has more results than are worth listing in text.

## What the shopper sees

A product grid inside the chat panel, rather than a list of names.
